Orem, Utah—The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has awarded DoxTek, a Utah-based technology company, an A+ rating—the highest available—in recognition of its superior customer service.
Using an improved algorithm, the BBB now employs an A+ through F scale to rate businesses, instead of the general satisfactory or unsatisfactory rating used in past BBB’s Reliability Reports™. This rating system allows the BBB to use criteria such as fair advertising, prompt resolution of disputes, years of experience, and obeying the law to better emphasize business behavior.
“We are excited about the bureau’s new rating method,” said Michael Miles, CEO of DoxTek. “We believe it better reflects DoxTek’s commitment to providing responsible, customer-focused business practices.”
BBB president Jane Driggs commented about the improved reporting. “Given the current tough economic conditions, consumers literally can’t afford to make bad buying decisions. These reports make it extremely easy and convenient for consumers to research and compare local businesses—before they buy.”
The new rating system was implemented nation-wide last month. To view the BBB’s Reliability Reports™ for DoxTek visit http://utah.app.bbb.org/ratingreport/10051969.
