Sonia is one of the brightest people we know. She has spent several years in a variety of administrative, managerial, and leadership roles at DoxTek. But human resources is her passion. Sonia’s broad education spanned degrees from public administration to history, and help her navigate the intricacies of our human resource needs.

There are many tasks that Sonia oversees, including benefits administration, compliance oversight, and compensation and payroll, but where she really thrives is in helping our team develop and strengthen relationships. Getting to know the team and being an advocate and liaison between each member is the glue that holds our culture together.
